Courier collection after pharmacy approval
If a prescription-related package is ready at a pharmacy, we can review the physical collection and delivery. The pharmacist determines what is required before it can be handed over.
Ask the pharmacist what the courier may collect
Explain that you would like an authorised courier to receive the prepared package. Ask which approval or identification steps must be completed by you and whether representative collection is accepted. We do not interpret a prescription, choose a product or replace the pharmacist’s decision.
Keep sensitive details with the right recipient
For the first courier enquiry, give the pharmacy contact, package readiness and delivery district. Avoid posting prescription images or personal document numbers in public comments or reviews. Any information needed by the pharmacist should go through the pharmacy’s agreed channel.
Confirm handling and recipient availability
Obtain the pharmacy’s handling instructions before agreeing to transport. Tell us if special conditions are required so we can assess suitability. A standard courier request is not confirmation of specialised storage or temperature control. Arrange a recipient who can accept the package at the agreed time.

No. The pharmacy must complete its requirements before release.

No. Direct prescription and product questions to the pharmacist or your treating professional.
How much is the courier service fee?
Pharmacy courier service: 650 TL. On-duty pharmacy courier service: 650 TL. Medicines and pharmacy products are paid for separately.
