When the pickup is time-sensitive, send the pharmacy location, package readiness, destination and the latest useful arrival time together. We can then review whether a courier arrangement is feasible.
Ready for collection is different from available in stock
Before asking for a fast pickup, check whether the pharmacy can hand over the actual package now. A stock enquiry, payment step or approval may still be outstanding. Tell us which steps are complete so that the courier is not dispatched to wait for an unresolved request.
State a real deadline
Explain the time after which delivery would no longer help, such as a hotel checkout or a recipient leaving the address. Distance, traffic, pharmacy hours and courier availability affect the answer. We confirm a feasible plan before you rely on it; the word urgent is not a fixed delivery-time promise.
Late-hour enquiries
If your usual pharmacy is closed, confirm the currently open pharmacy and its readiness directly. We do not publish a static list as proof that a pharmacy is open tonight. Supply the current contact and location, then ask for a transport availability check.

Does urgent mean guaranteed immediate delivery?
No. The team first checks readiness, the route and courier availability.
Is this an emergency medical service?
No. This is a courier enquiry. A medical emergency requires the appropriate emergency service, not a delivery booking.
How much is the courier service fee?
Pharmacy courier service: 650 TL. On-duty pharmacy courier service: 650 TL. Medicines and pharmacy products are paid for separately.
