Request a pharmacy pickup in Istanbul

Start with the pharmacy

If you already have a pharmacy contact, ask whether the package is available and can be released to a courier. Send the product name and any collection instructions. A WhatsApp request is an enquiry about pickup; it does not reserve stock or complete a medicine purchase.

An address and a person to receive it

Give the district and a clear delivery location, then confirm the receiving contact when the booking is arranged. For a hotel, check whether reception will accept the package. For a residence, explain building access and whether the recipient is available. The route must be reviewed before a delivery time is agreed.

Product payment and courier payment

Ask how the pharmacy expects its payment and whether any approval is still needed. The product amount and courier service amount are separate. We confirm the transport quote after the pickup and delivery details are clear. Do not assume that submitting the form settles either payment.

Two sides of Istanbul

European and Asian side requests are reviewed for the actual route. A district name does not establish that a courier or an open pharmacy is available. Longer routes, island access and late-hour requests need individual confirmation. If timing matters, state your deadline in the first message.
