Pharmacy pickup for Istanbul hotel guests
Staying at a hotel and need a pharmacy-prepared package brought to reception? Start with the hotel name, the pickup details and a contact who can accept the delivery.
Check reception before requesting delivery
Ask your hotel whether reception can accept the package under your guest name. Some properties require the guest to be present or use a designated delivery point. Give those instructions before the courier travels. A room number is optional for the initial enquiry and should only be shared if needed for the handover.
Share your checkout deadline
Tell us if you are checking out, moving hotels or leaving for the airport. A delivery addressed to the original hotel may no longer reach you after departure. We review the pharmacy readiness and route against your remaining time; do not rely on delivery until it has been confirmed.
Arranging a pickup for someone else
A family member abroad may begin the enquiry, but we still need a reachable local recipient and the hotel’s acceptance instructions. Explain who will approve the pharmacy transaction and the courier quote. The guest or pharmacist should handle product and prescription questions directly.

How much is the courier service fee?
Pharmacy courier service: 650 TL. On-duty pharmacy courier service: 650 TL. Medicines and pharmacy products are paid for separately.
